Are your tape extensions made from 100% single donor human hair?
Yes. All of our tape extensions are made from 100% ethically sourced human hair, allowing them to be styled, toned, and blended naturally when handled by a professional stylist.
Are tape extensions reusable?
Yes, when properly cared for and professionally removed, our tape extensions can be reused multiple times. Reuse depends on maintenance, handling, and proper re-taping using professional-grade replacement tapes.
How long do tape extensions last?
With professional installation and proper aftercare:
- Tape extensions typically last 6–8 weeks per installation
- The hair itself can last several reinstallations when maintained correctly
Longevity varies based on lifestyle, hair care routine, and professional handling.
Do tape extensions damage natural hair?
When installed, removed, and maintained correctly by a licensed professional, tape extensions are considered one of the gentlest extension methods. Damage usually occurs only when:
- Installed incorrectly
- Removed improperly
- Exposed to excessive heat, oils, or tension at the tape area
Can I wash my hair with tape extensions?
Yes. However, we recommend:
- Waiting 48 hours after installation before washing
- Using sulfate-free and extension-safe products
- Avoiding conditioner, masks, or oils directly on the tape bonds
Always dry the tape area thoroughly after washing.
Can I style or use heat on tape extensions?
Yes, tape extensions can be styled with heat tools.
Please note:
- Avoid applying direct heat to the tape bonds
- Use a heat protectant
- Excessive heat can reduce the lifespan of the adhesive
Can I color, tone, or lighten tape extensions?
Tape extensions can be toned or colored only by a professional stylist.
⚠️ Lightening, bleaching, or aggressive chemical processing is not recommended and may compromise the integrity of the hair. Any chemical alteration is done at the stylist's discretion and voids any claims.
Are tape extensions suitable for fine or thin hair?
Yes. Tape extensions are ideal for fine to medium hair types due to their flat, lightweight design. A professional consultation is always recommended to determine the correct placement and quantity.
Why do my tape extensions feel sticky or slip?
This is usually caused by:
- Oils or conditioners near the tape
- Heat applied too close to the bond
- Improper installation or removal
Proper aftercare and professional handling are essential.
Are tape extensions eligible for returns or refunds?
No. Tape extensions fall under our hygienic product policy and are final sale.
Only unopened and factory-sealed packages may be considered for store credit, subject to approval and submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

In limited cases, we may offer an exchange in the form of store credit only (voucher), strictly under the following conditions:
- The package must be completely unopened, unused, and factory sealed
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
- The return must be approved by our team before sending
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
If approved, the item will be exchanged for store credit only.
